Company history
LLC "Mica Factory" was created on the basis of the Belgorod Mica Factory named after V.I. 60th anniversary of the Lenin Komsomol, which began its production and economic activities in 1966.
The enterprise focused on the processing of industrial mica raw materials and the production of products from it, which are widely used in various kinds of electronic devices, both industrial and technical, as well as cultural, household and household purposes.
In 1979, the enterprise mastered and put into production a wide range of electric heating elements based on mica, which are used as components for the manufacture of consumer goods and industrial equipment. More than ten new types of products have been introduced into production. Basically, these are tubular electric heating elements on a mica-plastic base, which are supplied to other enterprises as components for cultural, household and industrial goods. Currently, they are used in household appliances (convectors, fireplaces, ovens, soldering irons, hair curlers, etc.).
In the early 1990s, the factory began producing electric convectors for space heating as the main and additional heat source. In 2000, he began to produce household electric soldering irons of the EPSN brand, gradually expanding the range. 2003 The enterprise is engaged in the production and release of a new product, completely unknown on the Russian market - an electric dryer for shoes.
Development trends
Keeping the invariable traditions of production and certification of electrical products, the company is rapidly increasing the production and development of new products. A wide range of manufactured electric heating elements is constantly expanding, according to the needs of regular and new customers. At the moment, LLC "Mica Factory" occupies a leading position in Russia in the production and sale of electric soldering irons, has a developed sales network, fruitfully cooperating with many enterprises in Russia and the CIS. The flexible production technology of mica-plastic electric heaters makes it possible to complete imported and domestic equipment of various industries. All manufactured products are certified and meet the requirements of GOST. The orientation of the enterprise towards the intensive production of finished products and the development of new types, allowed the factory team to ensure a significant increase in industrial production in a relatively short time and strengthen its position in the Russian market.
