Romanian poet and journalist
Mihai Eminescu was born on January 15, 1850, in Botoșani and was a citizen of Moldavia, United Principalities, and the Kingdom of Romania. Eminescu held multiple occupations, including being an actor, journalist, librarian, writer, and poet. He is best known for his poetry, most notably his work "Luceafărul".
Eminescu studied at the University of Vienna and passed away on June 15, 1889, in Bucharest.
