MineARC Rugged Oxygen Generator (ROG)

The Rugged Oxygen Generator (ROG) is a portable oxygen generator designed and manufactured by MineARC systems. The ROG is capable of delivering 90 liters of breathable oxygen for 15 minutes. Oxygen provided by the ROG is produced by thermal decomposition of sodium chlorate, which is powered by the oxidation of iron powder and primed by an initiation mechanism to start the process of oxygen generation. The ROG is designed to require no maintenance and be easy to use. A lack of compressed oxygen tanks and a non-explosive design allows the ROG to be used in hazardous and emergency situations. And the unit is suitable for use at altitudes of up to 20,000 feet.
