Biography
In 1984 he graduated from the Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute. Fedorov (Faculty of Engineering and Economics, specialization "Journalism"). By profession - editor of scientific, technical and informational literature.
1984-89 - instructor of the head department in the Lviv city committee of the LKSMU , second secretary of the Lenin district committee of the LKSMU of Lviv.
He has been in business since the late 1980s. 1989-1993 - Senior Expert of ELPO-Electron, Head of Infomaso, 1993-1996 - Head of the Import and Marketing Department, Deputy Director of LORTA-Impex, 1996-1997 - Commercial Director of Comtex.
He later returned to politics and became a member of the Socialist Party of Ukraine . He headed the Socialist Youth Congress. Since 1997 he has been a consultant in the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada .
1998 - elected to the Verkhovna Rada on the party list of the SPU bloc and the Peasants' Party (№ 26 on the list). He has chaired the Youth Policy Subcommittee of the Parliamentary Committee on Youth Policy, Physical Culture and Sport (since August 1998). UNCMO Deputy Chairman for International Affairs. He joined the political executive committee of the SPU political council.
He took an active part in the action "Ukraine without Kuchma" . Represented the Civil Committee for the Protection of the Constitution in negotiations with government officials in February 2001.
In January 2002 he left the ranks of the SPU . He later joined the faction of the Social Democratic Party of Ukraine (United) . The Missouri-led Socialist Youth Congress also spoke in support of the Social Democrats .
In 2003 he graduated from the National Law Academy. Wise in Kharkov. He is a lawyer by profession.
In the 2002 parliamentary elections, Vadym Misyura ran on the SDPU (O) list as a non-partisan (№ 30 on the list). After the election he received a party ticket. In March 2003, he was elected to the party's political bureau, headed the Kyiv city branch of the SDPU (O), and was previously headed by Hryhoriy Surkis . From April 2005 to August 2007 he was the Deputy Chairman of the SDPU (O).
In August 2005 he became a People's Deputy (instead of Igor Pluzhnikov , who died in June 2005 ). In the Verkhovna Rada he joined the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Deputy Ethics and Organization of Work.
In the 2006 elections, he ran on the list of the opposition bloc "NO!" (№ 33 in the list), but he did not overcome the 3 percent barrier.
After Medvedchuk 's resignation as SDPU (O) chairman (in July 2007), Missouri was named the most likely candidate for the party leader's vacancy. In the end, Yuri Zagorodny was elected chairman.
In 2007 he received the degree of Candidate of Science in Public Administration.
2007—2012 - Head of the Presidential Service of the Football Federation of Ukraine . Since September 2012 - Vice President of the Football Federation of Kyiv, President of the Football Association of Students of Kyiv (elected in 2013), Vice President of the All-Ukrainian Football Association of Students (elected in 2016), Vice President of the All-Ukrainian Student Sports Union of Ukraine (elected in 2017).
2014-2015 - Adviser to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine.
Since 2015 - Director of Public Relations of the bookmaker "Pari-Match" . In 2017, he was elected General Director of the All-Ukrainian Union for the Development of Bookmaking.
