The concept and details of the project were developed by the iconic British architect Sir Norman Foster, winner of the Imperial and Pritzker Prizes. Norman Foster is the author of projects: Wembley Stadium, Millennium Bridge in London, Torre Caja skyscraper in Madrid, City Hall and Mary Ax in London, Hearst Tower skyscraper in New York, Hong Kong airport. The complex opened on August 14, 2014.
Mriya Resort & SPA opened its doors on August 14, 2014, offering its guests 425 premium-class rooms: 336 DeLuxe rooms (up to 38 m2), 12 DeLuxe connections, 36 Family Suites (up to 78 m2), 12 Royal suites (up to 192 m2). The complex can also provide guests with 37 villas on a separate territory: 2 President villas (618 m2), 12 Family villas (196 m2) and 3 Imperial garden villas (1000 m2)
