My Neighbor Alice (MNA) is a game developed by Antler Interactive on Steam. The multiplayer builder game is inspired by others like Animal Crossing. Each item in the game is a non-fungible token and can be purchased and sold on the in-game marketplace as well as outside of it, like other NFTs.
ALICE is the game's native utility token and is utilized as an in-game currency to buy assets and skill sets in the game. The NFT items in the game can be purchased with ALICE tokens. There are yield farming and collateralizing NFTs, including NFT lending utilizing ALICE. ALICE coins can be bought on the open market or earned in the game by completing quests.
ALICE can also be utilized as governance tokens or for staking, which offer some DeFi features in the game. Users can participate in the governance process via a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), with proposals and voting structures. There are plans to introduce voter incentives to encourage participation. ALICE tokens can be staked to receive a percentage of platform revenues.
