Nitin Khanna

Nitin Khanna (born March 1971) is the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of MergerTech.

MergerTech is a mergers and acquisitions company based in Portland, Oregon. Nitin Khanna founded the company with his brother in 2009 and currently serves as the chairman and chief executive officer.

Nitin Khanna worked as a manufacturing engineer at International Paper and a senior consultant at Oracle Corporation. He was also the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of the software system provider Saber Corporation.

Khanna’s other major endeavor along with MergerTech was working with Cura Cannabis Solutions in 2015. He acted as the company’s chairman and CEO. Cura Cannabis Solutions is a cannabis company in the Pacific Northwest. His tenure with the company ended in May 2018.

Khanna was born in India and received a portion of his education there before relocating to the United States and earning both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in industrial engineering from Purdue University. Khanna is active in his community and invests in growing technology companies.
