The aim at Nodeseeds is to democratize a type of investment that has been in the hands of the rich for far too long. By holding the NDS token, every investor can now gain exposure to private sales and seed rounds as we use 40% of our profits to buy back NDS tokens on the market, and burn them.

By leveraging decentralized exchanges, Nodeseeds allows investors to gain exposure to our NDS token. NDS tokens reflect the net value of the assets to which Nodeseeds maintains exposure. The NDS token derives its price from both this net asset value and the demand fluctuations that impact market price in real time. The NDS token has no inflation schedule –the total amount of NDS tokens that will ever exist were minted at protocol launch. There is a maximum token supply of 100,000 NDS tokens.

Nodeseeds allocates 40% of total profits to buying and burning existing NDS tokens. This process is accomplished by purchasing NDS tokens on the open market and sending them to an address to which no user controls the private keys. Subsequently, these tokens are perpetually locked and will not impact the future price of NDS tokens. This process functionally accomplishes a decreasing total supply of NDS tokens over time. By burning tokens, Nodeseeds increases NDS tokens' scarcity, rewarding long-term holders and incentivizing loyalty to the protocol. Reinvestment in private sales affords Nodeseeds with seamless continuity of operations while benefiting our investors. For this reason, 45% of all profits derived from Nodeseeds' investment activity is reinvested into seed and private sale rounds of vetted DeFi projects. Our team of professionals carefully selects and vets each product in which Nodeseeds invests, thereby assuring maximum potential returns for our investors. As DeFi continues to grow and promising assets continue to outperform traditional financial vehicles, the total value of Node Seed's reinvestment will grow in tandem.
