History
2007 - Nordgold acquires the Aprelkovsky and Neryungrinsky mines in Russia.
2008 - Acquisition of control over Balazhal mine in Kazakhstan as well as Taparko mine and Bissa project in Burkina Faso.
2010 - Nordgold acquires control over the Lefa mine in Guinea.
2011 - Consolidation of 100% of Lefa ownership, integration of assets and creation of a unified business structure; Company receives a gold mining license for the Bissa project in Burkina Faso.
2013 - Nordgold introduces payment of an interim quarterly dividend with the targeted payout ratio at 30% of net profit attributable to shareholders; The company receives a license for exploration and production of gold at the Gross project in Yakutia.
2015 - The company increased its ore reserves by 3% to 13.0 million ounces of golds.
2016 - The company increases production at the Suzdal mine using HiTeCC technologies
2017 - Nordgold completes the Tangarsi resettlement programme in Burkina Faso.
2018 - Nordgold and WWF Russia Start Strategic Partnership.
