NordicNinja is a venture capital firm that seeks to invest in the Nordic and Baltic region based companies operating in the technology, robotics, automation, health technology, mobility, artificial intelligence, virtual reality and internet of things sectors. The firm was founded in 2019 and is based in Helsinki, Finland.

NordicNinja is supporting scale-up goals in the New Nordics. They are a venture capital firm with over €100 million to support those goals in the Nordic and Baltic region. Their preferred investments are €2 to €4 million and in co-investments with local investors, though they will lead if necessary. NordicNinja is partnered with Honda, Panasonic, Omron and Japan Bank to help portfolio companies enter Japan.
