Nursultan Nazarbayev

Nursultan Nazarbayev is a politician and statesman from Kazakhstan . He was born on July 6, 1940, in Ushkonyr .

Nazarbayev has three children: Dariga Nazarbayeva , Dinara Kulibaeva , and Aliya Nazarbayeva . Besides his politican career, he is also the founder of Nazarbayev University .

Throughout his career, Nazarbayev has been awarded several prestigious awards. Some of these awards include the Order of the Cross of Terra Mariana , the Grand Order of King Tomislav , the Decoration of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria , the Order of Friendship of Peoples , the Order of Friendship , the Amir Amanullah Khan Award , the Heydar Aliyev Order , and the Grand Cordon of the Order of Leopold .
