Orange ventures, with its investing arm Innovacom, is a Paris-based venture capital firm that focuses on investments in disruptive technologies serving digital transformation. Founded 1988 in Paris, France, it is a venture capital firm that invests in convertible notes, early stage ventures, late stage ventures, and seed capital. It usually provides capital in Series B, Series C, Series A, Series D and other ventures. Its portfolio companies include Acklio, Cailabs, Scintil Photonics, Aryballe Technologies, and Intersec.

Its previous seed funds are technocom ventures and technocom2 while its recent one as of 2019 is technocom3. Its recent association with the Turenne Group has given rise to a € 1 billion private equity platform under management. It has invested nearly a billion euros since 1988, supported more than 300 digital startups, participated in more than 20 IPOs and 150 industrial sales.
