Outlook Ventures

Outlook Ventures is a venture capital firm headquartered in Alamo, California. It was founded in 1996 by Randy Haykin and Carl Nichols. The firm was originally known as iMind Ventures, which was launched in 1995 before rebranding. It makes early, growth, and late stage venture capital investments in technology companies located on the West coast of the United States. It targets investments in the enterprise and communication software, financial technology, automation, information technology, and internet companies. In 2020, it was reported that the company had achieved 26 successful exits.

The firm launched its first fund in 1995, using the name iMind Ventures. Its initial fund was valued at $15 million. A second fund was closed in 1999 valued at $70 million. Outlook Ventures closed its third fund in 2002 at $140 million.
