Outreach is a Seattle-based company that provides revenue management software/technology using artificial intelligence (AI) predictive analytics to assist in sales engagement and productivity. The company was founded in 2014 by Andrew Kinzer, Wes Hather, Gordon Hempton, and Manuel Medina.

Outreach Commit provides transparent forecasting and AI-generated analytics using a clearly defined algorithm. By analyzing deals, it can detect and alert the user of pipeline issues and risks, which can be resolved using the same platform. Outreach Commit is built off the technology of Canopy.io, which Outreach acquired in October 2021.

Outreach announced their newly developed AI-driven sales assistant called Outreach Kaia in May 2020 at its flagship event, the Unleash Virtual Summit. Outreach Kaia is a real-time, voice-enabled AI assistant that can assist live sales reps with customer questions and requests. It is integrated into Zoom and offers support for video recording with screen sharing ability. It records the phone calls and provides a real-time, speech-to-text transcription of the conversation, as well as creates meeting summaries by analyzing the conversation and recognizing action items and sales tasks.
