PONTIS Venture Partners Management is a private equity firm in Austria that invests in small to medium enterprises in the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region. Founded 2005 in Vienna, Wien, Austria by Gerhard Fialam, it invests in early and late stage ventures. It usually invests in Series C, Series B, Series A, and venture rounds. Its portfolio companies include evidanza, EUCODIS Bioscience, Xendex Holding, SensorDynamics, KINAMU Business Solutions, Lixto Software, GAT Microencapsulation, and RF-iT Solutions. PONTIS Capital manages two funds with total commitments of more than EUR 60 million, and is actively investing out of its second fund, PONTIS Growth Capital II (“PGC II”) as of 2019 .
