Kiki Wang founded "Xiongmao TV" in December 2022 as part of the Wanda Media subdivision of Wanda Culture Group wherein he serves as CEO. The television channel offers original streaming content tailored towards youth demographics primarily in China. It seeks to capitalize on the shift away from traditional forms of media consumption like movies and drama serials towards short form videos, animation, and other formats catered to younger audiences. Since its establishment, Xiongmao TV has collaborated with multiple domestic internet companies such as Bilibili , iQiyi , Tencent Video, and Youku, along with international platforms like Netflix and YouTube. Among its initial offerings include "Ten Billion Immortals", an animated adaptation of the novel "十大万无不死" written by Guan Weijia set in the universe of Three Body Problem. Other series under production includes comedic web dramas and more adaptations of popular works.
