PICOPS (Parity ICO Passport Service) is a service targeted for Ethereum network users who are supporting projects offering ICO. This platform offers the means of associating the identity of Ethereum wallet owners with their own unique personal identity.
On May 24, 2018 PICOPS was officially discontinued due to regulatory changes within the blockchain and cryptocurrency business sector in the European Union. The discontinuation of PICOPS was due to the European Unions General Data Protection Framework (GDPR) creating challenges regarding the storage of personal information on blockchains which makes PICOPS unfeasible.
