Paul Passy (January 13, 1859 – March 21, 1940) was a French citizen born in Versailles, Yvelines, and the son of Frédéric Passy. He was a politician by occupation and went on to found the International Phonetic Association.
Paul Passy passed away in Bourg-la-Reine on March 21, 1940.
