Born on March 14, 1979 in Penza. Graduated from school No. 11.
He was the captain of the Penza KVN team "Valeon Dasson", in which he won the First KVN League, winning the right to participate in the Top League. However, the Penza team was destined to play only one game in the Top League — having lost in the 1-8 finals of the 2001 season, Valeon Dasson did not participate in the official games of the International KVN Union anymore. He worked as a DJ of "Russian Radio in Penza" under the pseudonym Pavel Dobrovolsky, led the program "Free Nails" on the Moscow "Russian Radio".
In 2001 he graduated from the Penza Pedagogical Institute with a degree in teacher of Russian language and literature. Immediately after graduating from university, he left for Moscow to continue his career.
On April 9, 2005, the presentation of the Comedy Club program took place in the Atrium shopping center. Volya designated his role as a "glamorous scumbag", under the pseudonym Pavel "Snowball" Volya.
In 2007, he began his solo career. He recorded several tracks and shot clips for the songs "Everything will be awesome", "Mom!", "Barvikha", "The best song" and "Penza City". He released a solo album "Respect and respect". He starred in several commercials of bread crackers "Hrusteam". A video clip was distributed on the Internet in which hooligans beat and scold Pavel. Later, this video was recognized as a fake made to advertise the musician's new album.
From October to December 2010, he was the host of the show about hypnosis "Sho ti robiv minuloi p'yatnici?" ("What did you do last Friday?") on the Ukrainian TV channel "1+1".
On February 12, 2016, he released the album "Thoughts and Music". The album includes 11 songs.
He has been married since November 2012 to gymnast Laysan Utyasheva. On May 14, 2013, Utyasheva gave birth to her son Robert in Miami, and on May 6, 2015, she gave birth to her daughter Sofia in the same clinic.
As a copyright holder in the Russian Copyright Society, he is registered under the name "Volya Pavel Alekseevich"
In 2016, at his speech in New York, he spoke unflatteringly about the residents of Yekaterinburg. The published video of the performance caused a lot of dissatisfied responses on the Internet and calls for a boycott of Pavel's concert in Yekaterinburg scheduled for December of the same year. Pavel Volya himself said afterwards that it was a joke and accused the media of inflating the scandal.
