Peak XV Partners is a venture capital and private equity firm investing in companies in India and Southeast Asia that is headquartered in Bengaluru, India and was founded in 2000 by KP Balaraj, Raj Dugar, Sandeep Singhal, SK Jain, and Sumir Chadha. The company is a subsidiary of Sequoia Capital and was known as Sequoia Capital Inda and Southeast Asia until it rebranded to Peak XV Partners in January 2023.

On August 22, 2018 Sequoia Capital India announced raising $695 million in capital for their Sequoia Capital India VI venture capital fund. Sequoia Capital released a public statement when the fund was announced, it read:
