A personal relationship manager is broadly defined as a tool to help you maintain or improve personal relationships.
This is different from a customer relationship manager (CRM) in the fact that a CRM is used by businesses to sell and support customers, while a personal relationship manager (PRM) is used to support and improve personal relationships. CRMs are more valuable the more contacts they contain, while PRMs are more valuable the deeper the info about each individual is.
