Established in 2018, Pharrowtech is a developer of a connectivity platform made to offer fixed-wireless access and wireless links. The company's platform utilizes algorithm, chip, and antenna design for millimeter-wave systems plus RF circuits, including phased-array antennas and similar electronic components, to create solutions for their clients.

Pharrowtech designs solutions for fixed-wireless access, wireless virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), and wireless links. The company created a carrier-grade radio frequency (RF) chip for the wireless infrastructure market. The technology allows high-speed internet in urban, suburban, and rural locations alike. Their solutions also help consumer electronics manufacturers deliver immersive wireless VR and AR experiences for home entertainment, internet of things (IoT), and smart city technology.

Wim Van Thillo, CEO and cofounder of Pharrowtech, in a 2022 statement after a series A funding round, said:

“This year has started on a great note for Pharrowtech and this investment is another significant milestone in our journey. Despite the challenges brought by a global pandemic, Pharrowtech was able to move rapidly from imec R&D Prototypes in 2019 to scaling up production of an exceptionally advanced 60 GHz RF solution by 2022."
