Philip Wheeler

Phil Wheeler was named Senior Vice President – General Counsel in 2009. He previously served as Vice President – General Counsel, a position he held since January 2007. Prior to joining Mercy, he served as Assistant General Counsel for the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
