Point72 Asset Management is a financial management company making discretionary long/short, macro, and systematic investments in multiple asset classes that is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut and was founded in 2014 by Steven A. Cohen. According to the firms website (as of February 2020), they have over 1500 employees, 10 offices around the globe, and $16.1 billion in assets under management.

Point72 leads company diversity initiatives through their office of inclusion and Engagement in an attempt to ensure inclusive recruitment, retention, and promotion to underrepresented groups. Their Office of Inclusion and Engagement leads their Multicultural Engagement Network (a community for people of color including asian, black, latin, middle eastern, native American, pacific-islander, south asian, and other groups), Pride72 (an initiative to foster an inclusive workplace for the LGBT community and its allies), and the Women in Finance Network (a community supporting and advancing women at Point72).
