Polaris Founders Capital is a venture capital firm founded by Gregg Rubin, Jonathan Flint, and Terrance McGuire. Despite its name, the firm is separate from Jonathan Flint and Terrance McGuire's life sciences and tech-focused venture capital, Polaris Partners. Polaris Founders Capital made its first investment in 2019. The firm is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, and has additional operations in New York. It invests in companies that are developing consumer products and services, as well as businesses in the sports industry. As of July 2019, Polaris Founder Capital has made three investments and has sold off its stakes in one company.
