Pope Leo XI

Pope Leo XI (born 2 June 1535, Florence) was a diplomat and a prominent figure during his time. He was the son of Ottaviano de' Medici.

Leo XI's diplomatic career spanned a significant period during which he was actively involved in various activities and negotiations. His life came to an end on 27 April 1605 in Rome, leaving behind a substantial legacy in the field of diplomacy and the history of the church.
