Primera Capital is a venture capital firm headquartered in Oakland, California. It was founded in 2007 by telecommunications executive Ori Sasson. The firm makes seed, series A, growth, and venture stage capital investments in technology companies in the United States, Canada, Israel, India, and France. It has invested in the enterprise, consumer, retail, healthcare technology, security technology, e-commerce, and educational technology sectors.

In 2020, it was reported that the firm operates a $100 million fund.
