Project Open Air

Project Open Air is a project that was started in response to the outbreak of COVID-19. The company was started to help ensure that anyone who is hospitalized can receive the tools and care that they require to recover. They are also looking to provide healthcare professionals with the medical devices and tools to help their patients and to protect themselves.

Project Open Air looks to support projects such as Vent2Life, Open Source Ventilator, Front Line Medic Protection, and Masks For All. Vent2Life is a project that was launched to find ventilators and medical equipment in Portugal that are either not being used or that require repair. Open Source Ventilator is a project that builds ventilator models with low-cost components. Front Line Medic Protection looks to gather and provide protective equipment gear including caps, goggles, visors, respirators, aprons, gloves, and boot covers. Masks For All is a project meant to reduce transmission between people.
