QRA is a company that provides enterprise software tools that are capable of design analysis for complex system verification processes. The company was founded in 2012 by Dean Tsaltas and Jordan Kyriakidis in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
QRA looks to develop software and hardware for industries that span from autonomous vehicles to factories, smart cities, to space tourism. The company develops tools to catch setbacks such as missed deadlines, product recalls, and work related accidents that occur during early stages of development.
The company has developed two products, the QVscribe and QVtrace. QVscribe uses natural language processing to proactively check for requirements for analysis tactics. The software identifies imperatives, options for escape clauses, subjective wording, superflous infinitives, quantification descriptions, and non-specific temporal words.
QVtrace uses computational and mathematical approaches to assess the functional and logical structure of model-based designs. The software provides isolation analysis of improper pieces and parts.
