Qualia is a technology platform for buying and selling homes. The company offers various products for different segments of the home buying process. The company was founded in 2015 by Joel Gottsegen, Lucas Hansen, and Nate Baker in San Francisco, CA, and has an additional office in Austin, TX.
Qualia's current platform provides products for settlement agents, lenders, vendors, underwriting departments, real estate tech, consumers, and realtors. Currently, Qualia offers six separate products used in various combinations depending on the role an individual plays in the home buy/sell process.
The Qualia product is the flagship product and is Qualia's Title and Escrow software that can be used for hybrid or entirely digital buy/sell closing processes. Some of the Qualia product features include:

Post is Qualia's product for mortgage lenders and leverages automation and service teams for document fulfillment from real estate partners. Qualia Post collects, reviews, and ships trailing documents to lenders from secure facilities located in Austin, TX. Some of the feature included with Post are:

- Digital and physical documentation
- Automatic uploads to LOS
This product was designed for pre-closing, closing, and post-closing documentation in the home buy/sell process.
Qualia Connect was developed for collaboration from all closing process members, including lawyers, lenders, agents, and consumers. Connect allows all parties to video conference, leave feedback, attract new customers, and track purchase or sale progress.
RON stands for Remote Online Notarization. It allows customers to e-sign documents legally for remote closing in the home buying/selling process. RON guides customers through the documents that need to be signed and where signatures are needed.
Qualia Marketplace is a resource for finding all the necessary service providers for closing practices. The Marketplace has listings for lenders, RON's, agents, title searches, vendor services, and more. It can allow independent small businesses to grow more business or list its services to be selected by individuals in need of them.
Assure is the e-remittance and audit software that organizes finances and other important records for potential audits. The tool can automate audit reporting and provide revenue insights to assist in business money management.
