QUID is an SPL token based on the Solana blockchain. Its raison d'être is to be the most liquid digital asset on the Solana blockchain second only to SOL itself. To this end, - All of QUID liquidity pools are locked in perpetuity; and - 100% liquidity fees earned by the Quid Token Foundation are perpetually funnelled back into QUID's liquidity pools for the benefit of the token, its holders, and the Quid social community.

QUID launched on November 12, 2021 via hard launch with an initial circulating supply of 1 billion tokens. As Solana's first true social token and universal utility token, there were no seed or private sale rounds or "soft launches" prior to QUID's hard launch.
