Quirk FYI

Quirk FYI is a technology company founded in 2019 offering an open-source self-help application for cognitive behavioral therapy. Quirk FYI offers a mobile application (available for on the Apple App Store and Google Play) for delivering a popular cognitive behavioral therapy technique called 'the three column technique' or 'catch it, check it, change it'.

The Quirk FYI application is focused on addressing several types of cognitive distortion through cognitive behavioral therapy. Types of cognitive distortion address by Quirk FTI are: all or nothing thinking, emotional reasoning, fortune telling, labelling, magnification of the negative, mind reading, minimization of the positive, other blaming, overgeneralization, self blaming, and should statements.
