Reality Metaverse is a developer of non-fungible token (NFT) and metaverse-based games that allow players to purchase digital representations of real-world buildings, objects, or locations, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Tower of Pisa, and London Bridge. The company's initial game, Landlord Go, is a geolocation property trading game with recognizable real-world properties. The game is intended to have over 2000 NFTs from around the world, with a 1:1 scale and a legal existence based on public domain. Landlord Go is developed as a mobile game, and is intended to allow users to earn passive income from the ownership of the digital representations.
In the Landlord Go game, players are able to purchase exclusive properties such as the Eiffel Tower and the Empire State Building. Players are also able to purchase properties in any neighborhood. They can compete with other players for the best buildings and locations and develop a property collection. The game is intended to imitate real-life trends to create instabilities in the in-game economy. When users have purchased a property, they are also able to update the building with new and upgraded furnishings, with a higher level of a building giving the potential for more money.
The in-game map is based on maps of the real world and allows users to see all properties in the area with a 3D viewer, which users can move around and look through the area in detail. Further, the map is interactive, to allow users to click around and find properties they are interested in. The different properties are represented as NFTs and can be traded in a marketplace with players from other countries, to allow users to have a collection of properties from all over the world. The players with the most properties and the highest valued properties are placed on a leaderboard to allow players to track their progress.
