Renaissance originates and participates in proprietary transactions for middle-market and larger Private Equity Sponsors. They are actively sourcing both proprietary buyout and growth equity Sponsor transactions in the Consumer, Financial, and Industrial Sectors and co-investing their own capital.

They look for compelling opportunities where short-term factors have created a window for an investment at a meaningful discount to intrinsic value in public market, buyout or growth equity Sponsor situations.
