Rentberry is a home rental platform offering decentralized, global, long term rental solution for tenants and landlord that was founded by Alex Lubinsky, Alex Kotovskov, and Dennis Golubovsky in 2015 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California. The platform uses blockchain technology in combination with features such as a transparent application process, a crowd sourced security deposit network, instant rent payments, e-signing of rental agreements, and credit reports. Mobile applications for Rentberry are available for IOS and Android.
Rentberry also uses its own native cryptocurrency, called BERZRY, to power its blockchain ledger and smart contracts for rental agreements, rental payments, rental auctions, application processes, co-signer networks, service providers, property marketing, and utility bills.
