Richard de Clare, 2nd Earl of Pembroke

Richard de Clare, 2nd Earl of Pembroke, also known by the nickname "Strongbow", was born in 1130 in Tonbridge, England. He held the occupation of a statesman and was a citizen of the Kingdom of England. Richard de Clare was the son of Gilbert de Clare, 1st Earl of Pembroke, and Isabel of Beaumont. He had a daughter named Isabel de Clare, 4th Countess of Pembroke.

Richard de Clare passed away on April 20, 1176 in Dublin.
