Rick Rubin

Rick Rubin, born as Frederick Jay Rubin on October 3, 1963, is a multifaceted personality in the music and entertainment industry. He is an investor, guitarist, musician, record producer, screenwriter, film director, and composer. Rubin was born in Long Beach, New York and was educated at Long Beach High School and New York University.

He is known by the aliases DJ Double R and The Loudness King. Rubin is the founder of American Recordings, a record label, and the owner of The Mansion, a recording studio. His work spans across various genres, including country music, heavy metal music, rock music, and hip hop music.

Rick Rubin has received several Grammy Awards and the Grammy Award for Producer of the Year, Non-Classical.
