The Rio de Janeiro Stock Exchange, also known as BVRJ or Bolsa de Valores do Rio de Janeiro, was a stock exchange located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The exchange, which was founded in 1820, operated in the finance industry and provided stock exchange, stock market, and financial services. BVRJ was a business-to-business (B2B) company and dealt in Brazilian real currency.

BVRJ was acquired by B3 (stock exchange), a larger stock exchange operator in Brazil. After the acquisition, the Rio de Janeiro Stock Exchange was closed. As a company, BVRJ was an instance of an organization, specifically in the financial services sector.
