Robert Johnson (Archdeacon of Leicester) was a priest born in Stamford, Lincolnshire in 1540. He held citizenship in the United Kingdom and was educated at The King's (The Cathedral) School. As an archdeacon, Johnson was the founder of Oakham School. He passed away on January 1, 1625 in North Luffenham.
