Round2 Capital Partners

Round2 Capital Partners is a Vienna, Austria-based growth capital investment firm. The firm invests in small to medium companies through a revenue-based financing model, wherein non-dilutive funding is provided against a small share in revenues until a predefined cap is reached. Round2 focuses on companies with a scalable business model that are SaaS, hardware/software, or e-commerce based with revenues that exceed 1 million Euros.

Round2 was founded in 2017 by CEO Christian Czernich and Jan Hillered. Czernich and Hillered, along with Isabella Hermann-Schön and Stefan Nagel, also serve as managing partners at the firm. As of 2021, Round2 has eighteen companies in its investment portfolio.
