Rusnano is a venture capital firm in California that focuses on commercializing developments in the nanotechnology industry. Founded 2007 in Menlo Park, California, United States, it invests in late stage ventures, private equity, post-IPO equity, private equity, and other ventures. Its portfolio companies include OCSiAl Group, Evofem Biosciences, and Motorica. As of May 2020, RUSNANO has made 89 investments. Their most recent investment was on December 30, 2015, when OCSiAl Group raised $10M. RUSNANO has had 13 exits, the most notable of which include Evofem Biosciences, Selecta Biosciences, and Quantenna Communications. The company has raised three funds, their latest being Wind Energy Development Fund. This fund was announced on January 1, 2017 and raised a total of €440M.
