In 2013, Alliance VC and SPRINGfondet merged and formed Alliance Venture Spring.

SPRINGfondet invested in Searchdaimon, developer of Blackbox; Kappa Bioscience, a developer of high purity vitamin K2; Setred.com, a developer of a plug and play 3D display; Swarm64, a provider of accelerators for relational databases; and Promon, a developer of business-to-business security software.
