STS Aviation Group October 2024 Private Equity Funding Round

H.I.G. Capital has completed an investment in STS Aviation Group, a leading global provider of aircraft maintenance, engineering, and staffing solutions. The terms of the investment were not disclosed. Founded in 1986, STS serves aviation operators, lessors, and MROs (maintenance, repair, and overhaul facilities), offering a wide range of services across 30 locations worldwide. H.I.G.’s investment aims to support STS’s growth and enhance its capabilities, especially as demand for aviation services continues to increase. This partnership is expected to drive operational improvements and expand STS’s service offerings globally.
