Satya Wacana Christian University, also known as Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, is a private educational institute in Indonesia. Established in 1956, the university is situated in Salatiga and operates within the higher education and university sectors.
The institution's motto is "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge" and it is affiliated with various organizations such as the Association of Christian Universities and Colleges in Asia, the Association for Theological Education in South East Asia, the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia, the Australia Consortium, and the Alliance on Business Education and Scholarship for Tomorrow.
Satya Wacana Christian University is accredited by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Republic of Indonesia and holds an A Ranking from the Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi.
