Scout Aerospace

Scout Aerospace is a company that designs, develops, and creates marketable cislunar and interplanetary spacecraft technologies. The company was founded by Steven Mellard and Nicholas Davis in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Scout Aerospace is primarily interested in creating orbital hotels, lagrange point shipyards, lunar factories, and asteroid mines, are all goals for Scout Aerospace. They look to help develop transportation and logistical chains in order to create outposts in space. Some of the first steps that Scout Aerospace is taking include developing and commercializing orbital transfer vehicles and Aldrin cyclers, which is a type of spacecraft designed for multiple passes between two planetary bodies.

Transporting cargo between planetary bodies opens the potential to open new revenues of commerce and infrastructure between Earth and other future planetary outposts. They also are interested in using their orbital transfer vehicles for active debris removal and satellite servicing.
