Segezha Group

PJSC Segezha Group (English Segezha Group PJSC) is a vertically integrated timber holding company within the AFK Sistema group of companies, traded on the Moscow Stock Exchange since April 2021 under the ticker SGZH. The geography of assets covers 11 states, the main production is located in Russia. The company has four key segments in its structure: "Paper and Packaging", "Plywood and Slabs", "Forest resources and Woodworking", "House Building". The products are sold in more than 100 countries around the world. The holding specializes in the production of softwood lumber, house kits made of glued beams, bag paper and paper bags.

More than 82% of the company's wood needs are provided by Segezha Group's own forest resources. The total area of the leased forest fund is 16 million hectares, and the volume of the estimated cutting area is 23.6 million cubic meters (taking into account PIP - priority investment projects). More than 80% of the leased forest is certified according to the international standards of voluntary forest certification FSC and PEFC. The principles of sustainable forest management based on an intensive model are being implemented in all forest assets.
