Sequel is a no-code software as a service (SaaS) platform for video hosting. With Sequel, users can host hybrid events embedded in their own websites, complete with audience engagement features, such as live chat, polls, and a Q&A sessionsessions. Sequel was founded by Oana Manolache as Introvoke in May 2019.
As a no-code embedded platform, Sequel is hosted on the customer's website, with no extra tools needed to host or view the event. It is manageablemanaged through a single dashboard. Sequel's platform is also available to build and customize through REST APIs. The Virtual Stage and Hybrid Stage are available for different event needs. IntendedVirtual Stage is intended for streaming events, Virtual Stageand provides a greenroom for hosts to create content creation, brand customization, custom registration forms, post-event analytics measuring audience engagement levels, and more. The Hybrid Stage, is used for in-person events that are also streamed, and has features that enable in-person and at-home audiences to participate together. Hybrid QR codes allow in-person audiences to connect to the virtual event's live chat and other community features. The Hybrid Stage can host both virtual and live speakers in the same event. Sequel is available via subscription in pricing tiers that are dependent on business needs.
