Sergey Akhromeyev (born May 5, 1923, in Torbeyevsky District; died August 24, 1991, in Moscow) was a Soviet military personnel and politician. He studied at the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia and held citizenship in the Soviet Union.
Throughout his life, Akhromeyev received numerous awards, including the Medal "Veteran of the Armed Forces of the USSR", Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of the Red Star, Order of Lenin, and Hero of the Soviet Union. Additionally, he was a recipient of the Order of the October Revolution, Lenin Prize, Medal "For Battle Merit", Medal "For Strengthening of Brotherhood in Arms", and Lenin Peace Prize, among others.
