Sergey Bubka

Sergey Bubka (official name Sergey Nazarovych Bubka) was born on December 4th, 1963 in Luhansk . He is a citizen of both the Soviet Union and Ukraine . He is known for being a Soviet and Ukrainian former pole vaulter .
