Shigeru Miyamoto is a Japanese designer, video game programmer, artist, video game producer, screenwriter, video game developer, computer scientist, and television producer . He was born on November 16, 1952, in Sonobe, Kyoto, Japan . Miyamoto was educated at Kanazawa College of Art .
He is the creator of the Mario franchise, The Legend of Zelda, and Super Mario . Miyamoto is also the author of Duck Hunt, Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda (video game), Wii Sports, Donkey Kong, Wii Play, Wii Fit, and Super Mario Bros. .
